Collaborative Development
Connect research with a deliverable
A useful project starts with an operating problem, a measurable target and a defined sample or component. Candidate materials can then be compared using the same test conditions and acceptance criteria.

Agree the work package
- Application requirements, constraints and baseline performance.
- Material selection, sample quantities and prototype geometry.
- Test methods, reporting format and decision points.
- Responsibilities for drawings, tooling, intellectual property and scale-up.
Document the transition to supply
When a development route is selected, convert the result into a controlled material or component specification. Record the grade, processing conditions, inspection plan and any restrictions on use. Commercial terms and ownership arrangements are agreed for the individual project.
Partner materials expertise
Our partner Shanghai Rongrong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. develops continuous alumina fibers, flexible textiles and fiber-reinforced ceramic composites. Its portfolio provides additional context for joint material and application discussions. Agree the supplying company, material grade, sample specification and qualification responsibilities at the start of each project.
From requirements to equipment
The equipment page names Guozhuang New Materials Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and describes requirements analysis, project design, installation, commissioning and technical training. For a joint equipment project, agree the responsible supplier and the service scope. Commercial warranty statements on that page are not automatically terms for every Morlion project.
