Cryogenic Insulation Development
Superconducting magnet supports
The company’s April 2026 article describes development work on thermally insulating supports for superconducting magnet systems associated with advanced rail transport. The composite product page also identifies superconducting-magnet support components as an application.

Define the complete load case
Evaluate heat conduction through the support alongside stiffness, strength, thermal contraction and repeated temperature cycling. Properties measured after cryogenic exposure are not automatically design values at the service temperature.
Separate research claims from grade ratings
The article reports very broad temperature capability but does not identify a full grade-specific data set for every application. Keep cryogenic component qualification separate from the high-temperature ratings in the fiber catalog.
