Composite Component Manufacturing
Match the process to the composite
The portfolio includes flexible hoses, bladders, glass-fiber-reinforced plastic tubes and alumina-fiber tubes. Polymer, short-fiber and continuous-fiber materials require different tooling and machining approaches.

Geometry and inspection
The site lists broad manufacturing capability figures of 0.1–1000 mm size range, height up to 2000 mm and 0.005 mm accuracy. These are not simultaneous tolerances guaranteed for every material or geometry; agree critical dimensions and the inspection method for the drawing.
Aluminum matrix development
A separate company article discusses continuous alumina-fiber-reinforced aluminum matrix composites in rod, plate, tube and shaped-component formats. Their potential includes dimensional stability, wear resistance and high specific stiffness. Named third-party applications in that article are industry examples, not Morlion customer references.
