Needled Blanket
Description
N-F-1600 alumina fiber blanket is made by laying and mechanically needle-punching polycrystalline short fibers. The binder-free construction provides a flexible, low-density insulation layer for high-temperature equipment.

Classification temperature is not a universal continuous operating limit. Confirm density, atmosphere, loading and test conditions for the proposed installation.
CUSTOMIZATION
The brochure identifies custom 8–12.5 mm thicknesses and densities of 96–150 kg/m³; standard thicker formats are listed above.
