M-75M Continuous Alumina Fiber
Description
M-75M is a continuous polycrystalline ceramic fiber grade for mullite-based high-temperature composite development. Sol-gel precursor processing provides continuous filaments that can be woven, braided or incorporated into composite structures.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Continuous inorganic filaments
- Oxidation resistance
- High modulus and low thermal expansion
- Grade-specific oxide composition

Values are brochure reference data, not design allowables. Confirm specimen definition and test method before comparing yarn, bundle and single-filament results. The M-75M designation and composition should be confirmed with the current grade sheet; the brochure also uses a “75% mullite” description.
CUSTOMIZATION
Discuss yarn count, spool length, sizing, textile conversion and compatibility with the intended matrix.
APPLICATION
- Composite material development
- High-temperature textiles and thermal barriers
- Mullite-based high-temperature composite development
CERTIFICATION
Specify the required technical data sheet, batch certificate of analysis and application test reports in your inquiry. Certification scope must be confirmed for the selected grade and manufacturing site; company management-system credentials do not replace product qualification.
