Mullite Sol
Description
An aluminum-silicon sol precursor for mullite-based fibers, ceramics and composite matrices. Its composition and flow behavior can be adjusted for the intended forming or impregnation route.

PERFORMANCE
Flow and ceramic-conversion behavior depend on solids, pH, formulation and heat treatment. The reference editions differ in their sol codes and viscosity units; agree the current viscosity specification and measurement method with the quotation.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom solids content and viscosity can be discussed. State the substrate, process, target ceramic phase and storage requirements.
