Woven Fabric
Description
Woven continuous alumina fiber fabric combines a flexible textile structure with resistance to heat and oxidation. Plain, twill and satin constructions support thermal barriers, insulation assemblies and composite reinforcement.

PERFORMANCE
Performance depends on the fiber grade, weave and finishing. The catalog offers pretreatment at 200–1000°C to reduce subsequent dimensional change; the pretreatment temperature is not a service-temperature rating.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom widths of 0.80–1.20 m and areal weights of 200–1000 g/m² are described in the brochure. Three-dimensional woven structures of 1–10 mm thickness can be discussed separately.

- Oxide ceramic composite reinforcement
Fabricated applications include flexible seals, expansion joints and thermal insulation pads, with sewing and coating selected for the intended assembly.
CERTIFICATION
Specify the required technical data sheet, batch certificate of analysis and application test reports in your inquiry. Certification scope must be confirmed for the selected grade and manufacturing site; company management-system credentials do not replace product qualification.
