Woven Tape
Description
Narrow woven alumina fiber tape provides a flexible format for wrapping, sealing and insulating high-temperature components. Yarn grade and weave are selected for the intended operating environment.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Plain or twill construction
- Low thermal mass
- Flexible installation around joints and edges
SPECIFICATION
| Model | Weave | Width (mm) | Thickness (mm) | Linear weight (g/m) | Roll length (m) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P-F100A2-10 | Plain / twill | 25 | 0.28 | 10 | 20 / 50 |

PERFORMANCE
The brochure describes continuous use at approximately 1200–1300°C for suitable fiber grades. Resistance to molten-metal erosion and sealing behavior depend on the alloy, contact time and assembly design.
CUSTOMIZATION
Widths of 15–50 mm and linear weights of 10–50 g/m can be specified. Confirm yarn grade, edge construction and roll length.
APPLICATION
- High-temperature joint sealing
- Pipe and cable wrapping
- Electrical and thermal insulation
- Filtration and acoustic insulation
CERTIFICATION
Specify the required technical data sheet, batch certificate of analysis and application test reports in your inquiry. Certification scope must be confirmed for the selected grade and manufacturing site; company management-system credentials do not replace product qualification.
